Responsibilities

Sales Performance

  • You will be responsible for counselling enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.
  • Using your expertise, you will need to guide the client to make an informed decision.
  • Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
  • Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
  • Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
  • Meet the assigned targets.
  • Ensure all service standards are followed on each and every sale and the sale are closed within legal boundaries.
  • Experience in negotiating.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
  • Effectively represent the company at various professional forums.
  • Protect an organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in Canada Immigration.
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience in Immigration Sales and Counselling.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with computers and the internet.
  • Sales oriented and target driven attitude.
  • Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
  • Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
